Title IX's role in protecting the safety of students and their right to an education is vital in the fight to end sexual violence. RAINN stands with survivors and will continue to ensure their voices are heard. Any changes to Title IX enforcement must ensure that we build upon the advances made in recent years, and not allow them to be rolled back. We urge the department to prioritize victims' rights and needs as they move forward with this process.
