Stephanie brings a wealth of experience in HR and Total Rewards, with a career spanning both for-profit and non-profit sectors. Motivated by a deep passion for mission-driven work, she transitioned to the non-profit space to make a meaningful impact. At RAINN, Stephanie is dedicated to the crucial mission of preventing sexual violence, supporting victims, and ensuring accountability for perpetrators. Based in Kansas, she holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in HR, and is certified as a SHRM-SCP professional. Beyond her professional endeavors, Stephanie enjoys moments spent reading, traveling, and exploring the outdoors with her husband and three children.
