Rajit Kabadi

Chief Consulting Officer

Rajit Kabadi is the Chief Consulting Officer of RAINN Consulting Group, which works with clients by providing consultative services to help organizations address issues of sexual misconduct in a trauma-informed, victim-centered, and fair and equitable manner.

Prior to joining RAINN, Rajit held a variety of leadership roles in both industry and consulting roles.  Throughout his career, he has focused on driving transformational organizational change by enhancing and scaling up organizations.  He has extensive experience leading culturally diverse and remote workforces, after leading organizations in Asia, Europe, South America and North America.  Rajit has also led the development of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives in his prior executive roles, while focused on building and maintaining a psychologically safe working environment.

Rajit has a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Communications from Regis University, an MA in Human Communications from the University of Denver, and an MBA from Colorado State University.  He has also received an execution certification in Artificial Intelligence and Business Strategy from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
