Rajit Kabadi, MA, MBA

Chief Consulting Officer (He/Him)

Rajit is the Chief Consulting Officer of RAINN Consulting Group, which works with clients by providing consultative services to help organizations address issues of sexual misconduct in a trauma-informed, victim-centered, and fair and equitable manner.

Throughout his career, he has focused on driving transformational organizational change by enhancing and scaling up organizations. He also has extensive experience leading Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives and helping workplaces build and maintain psychologically safe environments. Rajit has a BA in Philosophy and Communications from Regis University, an MA in Human Communications from the University of Denver, and an MBA from Colorado State University.

He has also received an execution certification in Artificial Intelligence and Business Strategy from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Lila Slovak, JD

Executive Director of Consulting (She/Her)

As Executive Director of Consulting, Lila provides strategic leadership and oversight across service offerings including assessments and evaluations, policy review and development, educational programming, and highly bespoke projects.

Lila has extensive experience providing civil legal aid to survivors of sexual assault, participating in local systems reform work, and consulting on gender-based sexual violence.

Lila received her Bachelor's degree in public policy from Brown University with honors and her Juris Doctorate from Temple University, Beasley School of Law magna cum laude.

Tanya Rawal, PHD

Director of Consulting (She/Her)

Tanya is a strategic and creative leader in public health and social change and an interdisciplinary scholar focused on building healthy communities free from violence and exploitation.

Prior to joining RAINN, Tanya held leadership roles for grassroots nonprofit organizations, provided consulting services for nonprofit and government organizations, and held teaching positions at various universities. She has extensive experience working in crisis and disaster zones including Afghanistan, India, Brazil, and Louisiana.

Tanya holds a doctorate in Comparative Literature with specializations in Gender Studies and Sustainability Studies from the University of California, Riverside.

Jessica St. Germaine, JD

Director of Consulting (She/Her)

Jessica is a seasoned attorney and advocate and has provided direct services to survivors of sexual assault, domestic and intimate partner violence, and other crimes.

Her work at RAINN includes overseeing and executing a range of projects aimed at strengthening companies’ prevention and response policies and procedures related to sexual misconduct Jessica graduated with high honors from Rutgers University with a B.A. in Criminal Justice and received a JD from Seton Hall School of Law.
