Director of Internal Communications

Donovan is RAINN’s current Director of Internal Communications. He oversees the design and development of internal communication strategies at RAINN. In collaboration with leadership, he helps to plan policies, consult with various departments to understand and support their communications needs, implement new software and technology and guides employees to enact best practices for internal communication here at RAINN. He has nearly a decade of experience supporting both local and national nonprofit organizations . 

In his free time, he is a freelance writer who has been featured in publications like HuffPost, The Washington Blade, Tagg Magazine, VeryGoodLight, The Washington Post and more.
