It has been one year since survivors of sexual violence came forward and bravely told their stories with #MeToo. You may be thinking, “What’s next and how can I help?” RAINN has put together action steps that you can take to keep the spirit of #MeToo alive throughout the year.

1. Social media support

  • Show your support for survivors. Share this video or the graphics below to publicly show that you believe survivors.

2. Advocate for survivors

  • Tell Congress that you support policies to ensure victims have access to quality medical care from forensic nurses, and to promote a system where more victims will feel confident reporting sexual violence.

3. Give your time

4. Donate

5. Know how to safely intervene
