Megan joined RAINN after 10+ years with Polaris where she held almost every role on the National Human Trafficking Hotline, from frontline advocate to managing director, leading the entire hotline team. In her leadership position, she oversaw hotline operations and improvements, as well as response protocols for human trafficking, child sexual exploitation and other forms of violence. She served as the primary liaison to the Trafficking Hotline's federal funders, members of Congress, and many public and private sector partners across the country.

She's also been featured in the media as the spokesperson for Polaris bringing awareness to the issue of human trafficking. Megan is bilingual in English and Spanish and is especially passionate about language access for survivors of all forms of violence. Megan holds degrees in International Studies and Spanish from American University.
