Jessica is a seasoned attorney and advocate and has provided direct services to survivors of sexual assault, domestic and intimate partner violence, and other violent crimes. Her work at RAINN has included overseeing a range of projects aimed at strengthening companies’ prevention and response to sexual misconduct.

Prior to joining RAINN, Jessica served on the leadership team at a sexual assault and crime victim center, providing oversight to the prevention education, advocacy, and counseling service departments. She has experience with development of programming and has educated thousands of children and adults on topics including sexual misconduct prevention and response, sexual harassment in the workplace, and orders of protection. Jessica has guest lectured at schools, conferences, and colleges on a range of topics related to sexual misconduct and gender-based violence. She has also served on enhanced multidisciplinary teams and task forces aimed at addressing abuse and family violence. Jessica is passionate about building solutions and improving outcomes for survivors and communities.

Jessica graduated with high honors from Rutgers University with a B.A. in Criminal Justice and from Seton Hall School of Law with a Juris Doctor.
