Lila has been advocating for the rights and needs of vulnerable populations for more than twenty years. As the Interim Vice President of RAINN's Consulting Services, Lila leads a multi-disciplinary team of 15 experts who advise and train organizational clients on effective, equitable, victim-centered and trauma-informed strategies for preventing and responding to sexual misconduct in their respective communities. Lila brings to RAINN her legal experience representing survivors of sexual assault in family court and related civil matters, as well as her experience in the private sector representing clients engaged in business litigation or under federal investigation. Prior to joining RAINN in 2021, Lila worked for and volunteered with several local sexual assault service providers and other non-profit organizations committed to fostering gender justice through systems reform initiatives.
