Vidya Tharuvesanchi brings to RAINN 25-plus years of global experience in the software development, IT management, implementation and support of robust, secure, comprehensive applications.

Before joining RAINN, Vidya was at Appian Corporation as Senior Manager, Software Development leading teams on the streamlining and simplifying of the DevOps processes in the Appian Low-code platform. She is highly organized, detail-oriented with a proven track record of successfully managing team dynamics, maximizing productivity and achieving company goals.

At Tangoe, she pioneered the product development side of the Rivermine startup along with the co-Founder. Rivermine application was a Telecom Expense Management (TEM) solution to automate procurement and order provisioning, invoice processing and auditing, inventory and IT asset management, and network optimization. She was one of the initial and key developers of the Software Engineering department, she then expanded on to lead/ manage both onshore and offshore tech development teams. She spearheaded multiple change and transition projects as the company went through multiple acquisitions and mergers. Later as a Manager and Director in the Customer Implementation Engineering team she improved the operational stability, efficiency, profitability and go to market aspects of the application.

Vidya has also served as the VP of Education for a year at Toastmasters International Dulles South and a graduate from a Top University UVCE, India. Vidya is married and lives with her husband and two beautiful daughters with an energetic puppy.
