Jake Glasser
Board Member
Jake Glasser is a finance professional, military officer, and longtime advocate for sexual assault prevention. He currently serves as a Sales Trader at Citadel Securities, where he focuses on building the firm’s Institutional Derivatives business. Prior to joining Citadel Securities in 2022, Jake spent five years at Goldman Sachs in Derivative Sales, where he departed as a Vice President.
Jake holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s in Finance from Claremont McKenna College. While at Claremont McKenna, he was an All-Conference varsity football player and recipient of the John Zinda Award, recognizing the student-athlete in the SCIAC Conference who best exemplifies excellence in athletics, academics, leadership, and sportsmanship.
In addition to his civilian career, Jake has served as an officer in the U.S. Army Reserves since 2017 after commissioning from Army ROTC. He has held multiple leadership roles, including serving as the youngest Company Commander in his unit’s history, and most recently a Battalion-level Section Chief and Special Victims Advocate within the 389th Combat Sustainment Support Brigade. In 2019, he was awarded the U.S. Army Iron Soldier Award, given to the top-performing soldier in his battalion for physical fitness.
Jake has been actively involved with RAINN for over a decade, helping to drive nearly $100,000 in fundraising through various campaigns. In 2021, he notably raised over $25,000 by completing a 22-mile ruck march with a 60-pound backpack around New York City to support the organization’s mission.
Originally from San Diego, Jake is the oldest of three siblings and remains closely connected to his family. Outside of work and philanthropy, he enjoys snowboarding, wakeboarding, and riding his dirt bike.
