- Donate: Raise or donate funds to support the National Sexual Assault Hotlines and other vital programs to ensure that survivors of sexual violence receive the support and resources to begin healing.
- Volunteer: Help those affected by sexual violence by volunteering with the National Sexual Assault Hotline.
- Raise Awareness: Spread the word on social media or reach out in your local community. Share your story of survival and healing through the RAINN Speakers Bureau.
