Josh is the Director of Strategic Solutions of RAINN Consulting Group, which works with clients by providing consultative services to help organizations address issues of sexual misconduct in a trauma-informed, victim-centered manner. With expertise in abuse prevention, background screening, and compliance with Abuse Prevention regulations, Josh has held pivotal executive roles in organizations like SportsEngine and Players Health. 

Throughout his career, Josh has been instrumental in implementing measures that ensure compliance with laws like the Safe Sport Act. He has developed and executed abuse prevention policies and comprehensive training programs, helping organizations maintain the highest safety standards. His commitment to excellence has led to the recognition of several organizations with accolades such as the National Council of Youth Sports “THRIVE” awards.
