Mollie Montague brings over seven years of experience in the public sector. Before working with RAINN, Mollie served as a Legislative Aide to State Senator Ebbin in Virginia, worked on multiple campaigns, and consulted for organizations such as the Women’s Business Collaborative. Mollie is recognized for bringing people together and developing coordinated, creative solutions.

Since joining RAINN in 2024, she has led RAINN’s state policy strategy, contributing to new laws in over twelve states on issues ranging from statutes of limitations to healthcare policy and expanding RAINN’s state reach. She holds a Master's in Public Administration from Cornell University’s Brooks School of Public Policy, where she focused on making state advocacy accessible and understandable for any level of advocate.

In her free time, Mollie enjoys getting outside, cooking for gatherings of friends and family, and traveling (to new countries - and state capitals)!
