Chief People Officer

Keisha's background spans over 20 years in Human Resources. She has worked in several industries in both the for-profit and non-profits spaces. Keisha has led many organizations through the buildout of their human resource functions, new business development, operating model redesign and strategic growth planning. These heavy lifts have included establishing robust processes, efficient systems and progressive talent development programs. She enjoys translating the business strategy into a "people plan" for the organization. Her areas of specialty are Talent Management and Organizational Design.

Previous to RAINN, Keisha worked in a variety of industries including global manufacturing, hospitality, telecommunications and banking. She presently has professional certifications through the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) i.e. SHRM-CPSM Certification and the HR Certificate Institute (HRCI) - PHR (Professional in Human Resources) Certification. She graduated with a Masters Degree in Human Resources (Training and Development) from Midwestern State University and her Bachelor’s Degree of Computer Engineering is from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston. Her professional networks are quite vast but to name a few she is a proud member of CHIEF, the Human Resources Leadership Forum, the Boston HR Council, a Board member of the MA Health Connector and she is a resident of Massachusetts.
