Jae Pak, a deeply experienced operations leader who will lead RAINN’s flagship National Sexual Assault Hotline (NSAH), the Victim Services Training team, and Clinical Services team. Jae is highly regarded in combining vision and his passion for operations excellence to exact needed change to help growing and mission-based organizations.

Jae Pak comes to RAINN with over 30 years of diverse operations management expertise in education and advocacy non-profits, financial services, ecommerce, and the military. In these roles, Pak has built or scaled organizational capabilities spanning customer service, project management, business intelligence, supply chain, risk management, and fundraising. He also brings years of experience managing culturally diverse teams across 4 different continents.

Pak earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Cornell University and an MBA from the University of Richmond. He is also a commissioned Army Officer, having served 4 years Active Duty, and achieved the rank of Captain before pursuing a career in the private sector.
