Survivor of child sexual abuse (CSA), have likely experienced trauma that has impacted their life in one way or another. Redefining Resilience will help survivors understand trauma, move past shame, disclose to loved ones, manage memories, and form trusting intimate relationships. 

We designed this series for survivors of child sexual abuse (CSA) to explore what healing and resiliency means to them as an individual. It is our goal to empower all survivors with knowledge and tools, to redefine and reclaim what their unique healing journey looks and feels like following trauma.

It is important to begin this content series with a reminder that none of the following information is meant to provide a clinical diagnosis.
