Erin Earp

Interim Vice President, Public Policy

Erin Earp is interim vice president for public policy and senior legislative policy counsel and joined RAINN in October 2020. She is a graduate of the University of Maryland at College Park and the University of Virginia School of Law. After graduating law school in 2012, she became an Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney for the City of Alexandria, Virginia. During her time in the Commonwealth's Attorney's Office, she served in the Special Victims' Unit, prosecuting sexual assaults and cases of child abuse and exploitation. Erin advocates for anti-sexual violence policies at the state and federal level and provides training and techinical assistance to the Sexual Assault Kit Initiative.
