A national rideshare company
The Challenge
After publishing internal data detailing sexual assault incidents on its platform, the client approached RAINN to build a survivor-centered support system, including a dedicated hotline and access to a new victim recovery fund.
The Solution
RAINN collaborated with the client to design and implement a customized support program. First, we helped define the structure and eligibility of the victim support fund. We then developed a proprietary intake system that enabled seamless—but confidential—coordination between the client’s customer support and RAINN’s hotline staff. RAINN also created intake scripts and survivor communication materials to ensure consistency, care, and clarity. Finally, we launched and continue to operate the hotline, ensuring that survivors receive timely support and access to recovery resources.
