A public school district
The Challenge
A large public school district surveyed students using the CDC’s Youth Risk Behavior Surveillance System and discovered troubling rates of child sexual abuse, sexual harassment, and other forms of sexual misconduct.
The Solution
RAINN Consulting Group partnered with district leadership to conduct a full risk assessment and develop a phased, districtwide strategy. This included readiness training for administrators, updated prevention education for students, revised staff conduct expectations, clear reporting and investigation protocols, and survivor-centered accountability processes.
