RAINN Day and Cosmo Magazine Multimedia Contest

Calling all RAINN Day organizers and participants:
Capture the spirit of your RAINN Day event through video and pictures and enter the RAINN Day 2012 Multimedia Contest. One lucky winner will be featured on Cosmopolitan Magazine’s website AND profiled in RAINN’s Newsletter!
Contest entries should express what RAINN means to you and the importance of raising awareness and educating students against sexual violence on college campuses. We want to see creativity, sexual violence education and PASSION in your entries. The contest is open to all forms of multimedia including audio, still images, animation, video, text, or any combination of the like!
Here are some fabulous projects that have been created for RAINN Day in the past:
Please submit your project via email to rainnday@rainn.org. Provide a link to larger entries unable to be emailed (such as video and hi-resolution graphics).
All submissions must be accompanied with a submission form, which can be found HERE.
Judging Criteria
Entries will be judged by a staff panel at RAINN's headquarters in Washington, D.C. Judging Criteria is as follows:
- Originality and Creativity = 50%
- Communication of Anti-Sexual Violence Message = 50%
Deadlines:
Entries or links to entries must be emailed to rainnday@rainn.org, along with an event submission form by: October 21, 2012
Winner will be announced in our October 2012 newsletter.

All persons who are photographed or appear on any submitted photo or video must sign RAINN's model release form and email it to rainnday@rainn.org.
By submitting a photo or video entry, all participants acknowledge that they are participating on their own accord, that the full rules and guidelines of the contest have been provided to them and that they understand and agree that neither RAINN nor Cosmopolitan magazine, their agents, sponsors, representatives or employees are liable for any damages pertaining to the event or its awards.
